Cardio and pulmonary -- She's on a vent

and has an open thoracostomy for empyema drainage.
骨科方面 脊柱完好
MSK -- Spine was cleared,
骨盆内固定状态
and her pelvis was fixed internally.

We're working on decreasing her vent settings first.

We also have to get her nutrition up.
