In theory, yes.
但是让我困惑的不是Leon说的话
What bothers me is not so much what Leon says,
而是他说话的方式
but the way in which he says it.
他在叙述他幼年时候
He's reciting a litany of horrors
所经历的冗长的可怕的故事
he experienced as a youth,
但是却有一种奇怪的热情
but there's a weird enthusiasm
好像他所讲述的事情
as if he's describing the actualization
是幻想出来的
of some fantasy.

Does he have a mental defect?
