Basically it's when a spirit controls a body

without ever entering inside of it.

It's a bit like hypnotic suggestion.

In essence, it directs how it wants the body to behave,

and what's really creepy is over time,

the person begins to act more and more like that ghost.

It's possession lite, if you will.
