That code isn't on any of these weapons.

In fact,none of the codes on the ledger are.
我试过字符调换和替代来破解 都没用
I've tried to decipher it using simple shift and substitution codes,no luck.
除非找到密钥 否则没法破解
Unless we find a cipher key, we may never figure it out.
