I just really wanted to show myself and, like, my story.

When I was a baby, my parents adopted me.

So I grew up in an all-white family.

Our family wasn't complete until he joined our family.

I started to dance as kind of a coping thing.

I see that it's therapeutic for him

to express those feelings that sometimes aren't comfortable.

I think that's why he was given the gift of dance.
