首先吃一顿合理搭配的早餐
Well, I start with a sensible breakfast.
- 吃些什么 - 撒上厚厚糖霜的热狗
- What? - A bunch of powdered sugar on a hotdog.
这搭配才不合理呢简直是疯了
That's not sensible. That is insensible.
- 那午餐呢 - 通常是全麦火鸡三明治
- What about lunch? - Usually turkey sandwich on wheat.
非常好这很不错
Ok. That's pretty good!
我会油炸那个三明治
I just deep-fry that sucker
然后撒上厚厚的糖霜
and dump a bunch of powdered sugar on top.
我都不敢问你晚餐吃什么了
I'm scared to ask what you eat for dinner.
我喜欢丰盛的晚餐有助于入睡
I like a big dinner. Helps me sleep.
我会拿一个又大又深的炖肉锅
I'll take a casserole dish, you know, something big and deep.
往里面倒五厘米左右的糖霜
Pour about 2 inches of powdered sugar in there,
再放一架猪肋排铺上一层棉花糖
a rack of baby back ribs, a layer of marshmallows.
再加点糖霜直到填满整个锅为止
More powdered sugar, 'til it's about ye high.
然后放到微波炉里大概加热四十五分钟
Throw that dude in the microwave for about 45 minutes,
再撒上糖霜就可以享用啦
sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
你晚餐就吃这个啊
That's what you eat for dinner?
白天加餐我还会吃蛋白质补充条呢
Well, I supplement throughout the day with these protein bars.
