from the council.

to say, "Look, we're just gonna build
the farm track"?

Well, they've actually refused it.

[Charlie] Yeah. Because they've said
that it's already begun
and it's not considered reasonable

and necessary for agricultural
purposes within this unit.
- 不能在自己的农场里修路吗？

[Jeremy] So you can't build a farm track
on your own farm?
No, no. You can't.

[Charlie] The council won't let us
do any more.

they will find something to stop us.

in the village literally does nothing
but spy on us.
