That "dude" was an off-duty police officer,

moonlighting at the check cashing store.

All the witnesses have the same story:

all right, three bald, African-American males.

No one puts Lombardo at the scene.

But the science does.

I examined those gunshot wounds.

Lombardo was standing directly over Riley, facing him,

when Riley shot him.

ended up on the other side of the street.

Riley's .38 was recovered right near his body.

Lombardo was not shot with that gun
