Seared venison loin, with breadfruit gravy.

And for dessert, poi panna cotta, with kukui nuts.

But Sheldon's also pulled out all the stops.

Opelu Kala fish in seaweed and lemon sauce

and spiny lobster, cooked in spicy coconut,
