There are two exceptions
前面的司机要负责
where the driver in front is responsible.
第一种情况无缘无故急刹车
One, if they slam on their brakes for no reason.

I was barely even moving.

突然变道
if they swerve into traffic recklessly.

I didn't do that, either.

All I did was pull away from the curb.

As long as you signaled when you pulled away from the curb.
