But when I have to get through all the chaos of the shelter

to get to the separate space,
还得下楼去厨房♥吃饭
I still have to go downstairs to the kitchen to eat.
去公共浴室
To go to the shared bathroom.
而晚上 只有一个人在楼上
And at night there's only one person upstairs,
或者就只有一个职工 是吧
or one staff person. Right？
收♥容♥所♥怎么才能意识到
How are they thinking about the fact that
年轻流浪汉在这种空间里 是非常脆弱的呢
youth and young adults are vulnerable in these spaces?

So we want them to say we know it's a gap.
