As for the weapon, I don't know what is was,
但是凶器是有一个凸起的部分刺穿了她的头盖骨
but whatever it was that hit her, it had a protruding part that entered into her skull,
鉴于创口周围的创伤来看凶器后部俾凸起部分要大
and was part of something larger that accounted for the surrounding bruising...
而且一定非常重
and it must have been pretty heavy as well.
脑膜中动脉破裂...

这表明袭击者是从她的背后靠近的
Well, that suggests the attacker approached her from behind.

也就是说她一定是死后被人翻过来了

gravity pulls it down to a pool on the lowest point.

And you can see evidence of the pools through the skin, it's called hypostasis.
如果Gemma被杀时正面朝上
If Gemma was killed on her back,
那么我们会看到她的背面出现血沉积
we would expect to see hypostasis on her back.
但只在背面明白吗?

那么是凶手把她翻过来了?
So whoever killed her turned her over?
很可能但是血沉积在死后要几个小时才会出现
Possibly. But hypostasis takes several hours to set in.
那么她死后的两到三个小时还是头朝下趴着
So she would have to have been lying on her front two to three hours postmortem
之后被翻了过来
before being turn.
