And one by one, they began to disappear under the waters.
直到最后一只狗
Until there was just one dog left.

Strong, unwavering,
那条狗逆流而上消失在水下
the dog fought the current and disappeared under the water
然后在更远的下游重新出现
and then reappeared further downstream.
人们为他尖叫乞求他成功
The people screamed for him, begging him to succeed.
直到最后
Until at last,
太累了没有力气了
too tired and no strength left,
消失在了河水中
he disappeared into the waters of the river.
切罗基人跪下哭泣
And the people fell to their knees and wept.
