我从未打算伤害我的父母
I never meant to hurt my parents...
但我想要坦然面对自己的念头
but my need to be true to myself

and my sense of duty to my parents

were fighting a battle.

And I chose to follow my heart.

Perseverance.
持之以恒你对自己选择的路必须持之以恒
Perseverance. You have to be persistent at what you do.

Because it's hard to believe what you've been through.
却选择要放弃
And then deciding to drop out...
最终得到了父母的肯定并收获了那句"干得好"
Finally getting that affirmation and being told "Well done"
对我而言意义非凡
meant the world to me.
安娜向我们所有人展示了
Ana showed all of us that
这河谷对于她来说实在是太小了
this valley is too small for her.
她必须得展翅高飞
She had to spread her wings,

and she did it in a very unusual way.

Now, we have our grandchildren close by,

and her success as a chef.
