when the brick shack falls down.

a carrot growing out here free and wild.

Probably the result of a stray seed pooped out by a passing bird.

But what's this?
草丛忽然骚动起来可能是威胁
A mysterious rustling in the bush. Could mean trouble.
小兔兔也这么认为
Mr. Bunny seems to think so.
它敏感的胡须因为即将面对的危险而抖动
His sensitive whiskers quiver at the hint of imminent danger.
对小兔兔而言不幸的是
Unfortunately for Mr. Bunny...
大自然就是这么残酷
this is what nature is all about.
原来是一头公鹿
It's a male deer.
虽然温驯的鹿不会对兔兔造成威胁
Not a threat to Mr. Bunny in the predatory sense...
但鹿在食物链的位阶仍比较高
but still above him in the food chain.
小兔兔希望避开对方
Mr. Bunny, wishing to avoid an encounter...
于是跳开以保安全
hops away to safety.
鹿还真混帐
Deers are jerks.
老兄你知道我听得见吧？
Hey, man. You know I can hear everything you say, right?

Yeah, but you saw me leave the walkie talkie and I left it on.

小兔兔跳回自己的窝
Mr. Bunny retreats to his warren.
希望温暖的小窝能陪伴它度过这个挨饿的夜晚
Its homemade comforts some consolation... to help pass the hungry night.
黑暗降临这片宁静的森林
Twilight falls on the peaceful forest...
黑暗也平息隐藏了万物的苦痛
a twilight unaware of the struggles it both soothes and conceals.
蟋蟀开始鸣叫
The crickets begin to stir...
排练音乐狂想曲
rehearsing their musical rhapsodies.
白色闪电划破远方天际
In the distance... flashes of heat lightning
打亮了夏日的紫色天空
illuminate a purple summer sky.
就连愤怒的鹿最后也得回家休息
Even angry deer... at last, must come to rest.
刚刚赶走小兔兔的坏蛋
And so it is with our erstwhile antagonist...
也识相地消失在树丛中
who has disappeared into a stand of trees.
也许它会梦到明日琐碎的争斗
Perhaps to dream of tomorrow's pointless battles.
天啊狂风暴雨来了
Oh, my glob, it's a crazy storm!
我等到了终于能亲身体验倒塌的感觉
This might be it! This weather might knock the whole thing down!
若要对＂勇气＂下个定义
If a definition of bravery exists,
此刻再适合不过
this must be it.
一只兔子独自面对恶劣环境
A lone bunny, facing off against the elements.
它那粉红色的鼻子徒劳地推着树枝
Ineffectually pushing around some twigs with his pink bunny nose.
或许是顽强的象征吧
A symbolic gesture, perhaps...
这是渺小的它唯一能做的抵抗
but sometimes that's all we have.
风越来越大
The wind is beginning to pick up
大自然不只来敲门还想闯进屋子
and it's becoming clear... that Mother Nature has not just knocked on the door.
它进来了坐下
She has come in, sat down,
还帮自己倒了杯茶
and poured herself a drink.
小兔兔没有朋友没有家人也没有任何爱人
Mr. Bunny has no friends, no family... no loved ones of any kind.
就在此时风势渐大
The wind is really picking up now.
小水洼在兔兔温暖的家门口聚集
Small puddles gathering... around the entrance to Mr. Bunny's cozy home.
水不断朝兔子窝逼近
Beginning to grow in size and connect with one another.
不用多久兔子窝将被淹没
It won't be long now.
那是什么？
But what's this?
看来勇敢不认输的兔兔在关键时刻获得了帮助
Looks like this unflagging little hero of a bunny... will have some help, though.
友善的河狸家族现身来援助了
A family of friendly beavers appears to have taken up the cause.
增强频率？

Often called "nature's architects"
英勇的河狸尽全力补强即将毁坏的洞穴
these intrepid mammals are sparing no effort... to shore up the endangered burrow.
来了一位稀客
Here's an unusual sight.

It's a sea lard!

You'd expect to see a few mudscamps... out in weather like this...

but here we have a rare treat indeed.

This little beauty is pretty far outside of her natural habitat.

But I've heard it said by wise old salts

schooled... in ancient maritime lore

that a storm will sometimes blow them off course... to a remarkable degree.

Looks like we've got some pretty good evidence tonight.

This feisty sea lard is pitching right in to save the rabbit hole...

belying its slothful reputation.
它用硕大的屁♥股♥ 来撑大兔子洞
She uses her prodigious, swiveling behind... to increase the size of the hole...
河狸则忙着用稻草树枝补强侧面
while the beavers continue to reinforce the sides... with straw and stick.
