This super-simple, hassle-free recipe is cooked all in one pot.

Start by browning chunks of lamb in hot olive oil.

Colour and remove.

Start by chopping chicken thighs into pieces.

Now on with the marinade.

Chopped garlic, ginger,

red chilli and lemon juice.

In a pan, toast coriander

For the sauce, in hot olive oil,
