腹软(指腹内脏器无异常) 疑似骨盆骨折
Abdomen is soft, suspected pelvic fracture.
脉搏110 血压89/59 昏迷指数8(重度昏迷)
Pulse 110. BP 89 over 59. GCS 8.
针对张力性气胸进行了针♥刺♥减压和供氧
Needle decompression and oxygen for tension pneumothorax,
并用了骨盆带固定
and pelvic binder.
正在输入500毫升的普通生理盐水
500ml bag of normal saline running in.
