I didn't know what to do, so I went right back

I usually use lard, and the lard was room temperature.

The dumplings are getting overcooked.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little upset.

I already have to make sure that my ribs are not overcooking,

I gotta make sure my pork belly is gettin' nice and tight.
