while others have been apprehensive.

It's taken me eight long months to gather up the courage

I've done a lot of observing during that time,

and I feel as if we've finally come out of a tunnel,

arrived at the next level of healing.

And I can sense a great spirit rising once again within Easttown.

It's a wondrous thing.

But there are members of this community

that haven't emerged with us.

Members who have been ravaged

by the terrible events of this past year.
