that it's important to have respect for the entire animal...
传遍了世界的每个角落
Got transmitted to the entire world.

It wound up being just a massive success.
多年以来我都觉得自己如同行尸走肉一般
For years, I had this feeling of being dead.
童年的那种快乐一去不复返
The joy from my childhood wasn't there.
但是自从开了自己的餐厅
But after I opened the restaurant,
渐渐的我开始找回了自己的人生
little by little, life started to come back.
奶奶做的饭菜的味道
The taste of my grandmother's food,
爸爸的传统
my dad's traditions,
还有妈妈对于庆祝的热爱...
and my mom's love of celebration...
全都回来了
it was all there.
感觉就像是我的家人们...
It feels as if my family...
仍然还活着
had kept on living.

We're not in Florence. We're not in Rome.
我们不是特别容易找到
We're not particularly easy to find.
所以我觉得来到达里奥的店铺或者餐厅的人们
So, I think there is a pilgrimage aspect
都有一种想要追寻自己所求的朝圣的感觉
to the people who end up in Dario's shop or restaurants.
他们想要向更深处追寻
They're people looking a little deeper.
而现在的状况是
Now what's happening is,
餐馆正在要求
Restaurants are asking
前所未有的开支削减
for cuts that they never asked for before.

He spread the word.

And for me, that's what this is all about:

I thought it wasn't possible to follow my dreams

of taking care of the animals.
但是随着时间流逝我明白了...
But over the years, I understood that...
表面上看兽医在救助动物
It's not that a veterinarian saves the animals
而屠夫在宰杀它们
and the butcher kills them.
但其实我们都是一体的
It's that we're all together.
兽医负责救治动物
The veterinarian is the one that takes care of animals,
而屠夫最重要的责任是
and the butcher is the one who has the most important task
教会人们珍惜所有事物的道理
of teaching humans that you have to value everything.
现在我明白了自己的位置
Now I know where my place is.
是砧板后面那块小天地
It's behind the butcher's chopping board.
那也是我世界的中心
It's my center of the world.
