At the table, good salt, or, even better, the scent of Chianti.
但第一口一定要是原始的味道

It was a dream.

I didn't want to be a butcher.

When Dario was building his restaurant

with his architect, Bruno Boretti,

it's a day of celebration.

It can be difficult, when you've had such a good childhood,

to take on the adult world.

Sometimes I've even said to myself that

having it this good doesn't prepare you for life.

So, I wasn't really prepared for life.

I was prepared to keep living well.

我爸爸回到家里
my dad gets home,

calls my grandma, calls my sister, Marina,

and calls me...

"There's a problem. Mom is sick."
对我们来说 那是和平生活的结束
For us, it was the end of harmony.
从天堂坠落
Falling out of paradise

进入到癌症的地狱
into the hell of cancer.
我对于那段时期的记忆就像一场噩梦
My memory of that period was of a nightmare.
那不像是真的 那全是一场梦
It's not real. It's all a dream.
我相信我会从梦中醒来
I'm sure I will wake up from this dream.
然而 那不是一个梦
It wasn't a dream.
我们醒来了 我妈妈去世了
We woke up, and my mother was dead.
