The first thing that strikes them here is the stillness.

This extraordinary colour comes from tannins

The great thing about these sea whips is the fact

Like many deep sea corals, sea whips grow very slowly

It's very, very intricately knotted.

No one's ever seen how they do this but the tangled knots are
