We consider dogs to be
an extension of a person.

Yay. A little bit more.

Which is why positioning
for different things is super important.

If he's neatly tucked away under a table,
or he's under a chair,

he's going to be safe.

He's not gonna get stepped on.

[narrator] When humans aren't involved,

dogs use eye contact
in a very different way.
[sheep bleating]

Border Collies use "the eye"
to control sheep.
那种锐利的凝视是在模仿狩猎
The hard stare mimics hunting,
于是羊群就会聚集起来…
so the sheep flock together

and move to the dog's will.
