确是在那日来到了耶城，在圣殿山上传道，

因为圣殿山上满是犹太人。
for the Temple was Judea.
祂的福音，在圣城宣讲，

如果全世界有在聆听，祂的福音将在世界传唱，

正当整个城市准备宰杀过逾越节的羔羊时，
As the city prepared for the Passover killing of the lamb...
巴拉巴的手下也准备为入侵者过节，
the men of Barabbas planned stranger celebrations...
一场血腥的祭祀。
made ready more terrible sacrifices.
随着耶稣走进圣殿，
And Jesus went into the Temple.
大门关闭了一部份人群，
And the great doors shut up one multitude...
里边的人是安全的，
and within was peace...
然而在门外的人海却不会，
while outside was the sea that would not be stilled.
他们听到的不是和平之音，而是血雨腥风。
The tongue which spoke not peace,but the sword.
犹太万岁！
Long live Judea!

我们不会再反抗了。

犹太的荣耀已经死了。
The glory of Judea is dead.
罗马人早有防备，我们没有机会，

我们必须逃到荒野去避难。
We must escape into the desert and hide.

It was you who told Barabbas the new rabbi would show us the way.
他除了会在圣殿祷告之外一无是处。
He does nothing but pray in the Temple.
夫子会救我们的。
The Rabbi will help us.
怎么救？
How will he help us?
他有施展神迹的能力。
He has the power of miracles.
他的神迹只会治病，根本救不了我们。
He will not use his power, except to heal the sick.
他可以召唤天兵来摧毁彼拉多的要塞。
He can call down hosts to destroy the fortress of Pilate.
他宣扬放弃暴♥力♥。
He preaches against violence.
他可以，拜托，他会动摇希律·安提帕宫殿的根基，
He can, with a look, rock the foundations of Herod Antipas' palace...
坍塌下来的城墙会打爆那个暴君的头颅。
and bring the walls down on the tyrant's head.
之前他可没有这么做，他凭什么会改变主意？
He has never done these things before. Why will he change now?
我让他不得不做。

妇人在生产过程是痛苦的，
A woman in childbirth feels pain.
既生了孩子，就不在纪念那苦楚，
But when her child is born, she does not remember the pain.
因为欢喜世上生了一个人。
For a child has been born into the world.
到了我再见你们的那日，
And one day I will see you again, and when I do...
你们的心就喜乐了，
your joy will be such...
这喜乐也没有人能夺去，
that no one can take it from you.
因为你们有了信仰。
For you have the faith.
