It's taken every bit of a decade to get us to this point.

When we first started building, my idea of building a house was 12 months.

The kitchen at Longhouse is the heart of the house.

It's the place that we often converge on.

That kitchen is very much, you know, the center point.

It's like when you go to a party and everyone ends up in the kitchen.

Everything, sort of, is either used by us or our friends.
