I can say truthfully that the pain that I suffered,

Haven't we already had a
瞥见了天堂 却总是选择
glimpse of heaven and so often chosen the hell
地狱而来的憎恨和恐惧吗
of hate and fear?
天堂是否存在
Is heaven for real?
你们每个人都问过这个问题
Every single one of you has asked that question.

All of us have. And for me, the answer...
存在
It's "Yes."
我见过 所以相信
I see it, so I believe it.
而我们的信仰能改变我们的认知
And what we believe changes what we perceive.

And I believe that God, he's love.

Ten thousand times I've been here and I've talked about
"行在地上 如同行在天上"
"On earth as it is in heaven."

And I don't know that I ever listened to that.
而我儿子 他见到天堂
And my son, he saw something. He saw heaven.
他会向你讲述耶稣的故事
He'll tell you all about Jesus.
那"耶稣"这个名字呢
How about that name? "Jesus."

Jesus.
他给你们中的好多人带来了希望
It creates so much hope in so many of you,
虽然有些人并不相信
so much distrust in so many others.
都没关系
That's okay.
我相信是上帝让我成为了牧师
I believe God asked me to be a pastor.
他有要我和你们保持一致吗 或者你的
Did he insist on my vision being the same as yours? Or yours?
当然没有 他有让我成为那些我讲述的
Of course not. Did he make me one those heroes like

that lion and the bear and unicorn I preached about?

No. That's what I wanted.
上帝自有安排
God had a different plan.
他粉碎了我的自负
God crushed my pride.
他敞开了我的心灵
He opened my heart
让我接受了爱
to love.
我要做的
And all I have to do,
这种爱的唯一要求
the one thing this love requires
就是让其他人知道 他们并不孤单
is that I let others know they're not alone.
