We will start with the reindeer stew.

The meat was, it was very tender and very tasty.

Yes, actually.
那白桦木蒸咸羊排呢
The pinnekjott?
我觉得隔水蒸的时间久了
It has been left in the water a bit too long,
因为我喜欢更咸一些
because I would like it to have a bit more salt.
还不够咸吗
It was not salty enough?
我觉得不够
I don't think so.
而且我觉得没有烟熏吧
And I don't think it was smoked.
那海鲜浓汤呢
Seafood chowder in the terrine?
我非常喜欢
I really liked it.
浓汤里的扇贝鲜美无比对吧
Scallops were amazing in the chowder, right?
我用了裙边我们管那个叫裙边
I used the skirts, we call them the skirts.

And that got the depth of flavor,

and then somebody gave me a big dollop of caviar.

Which he's now starting to regret.

For me this was about understanding

not just, you know, how talented this man is,

but at the beginning of the week he sent me off on a trail,

and for me the ingredients are second to none, so.

It was really fun for me to watch you cook
感觉非常有趣
with our ingredients.
我绝对要偷走一些用在我的餐厅里
I'll definitely steal some of this in my restaurant,

and claim it as my own.

You have so many restaurants, you can't even keep track,

It was all worth it to experience an amazing land

It's pretty incredible.

But from a chef's point of view, truly inspiring.
