so it can be turned into a 1970s home.
Adam是会计 Georgie是NHS高级行政官
Adam is an accountant, and Georgie is a senior NHS Executive.

Between them, they have got four children -

But the decor has already been taken back to the '70s.

To make it more like an average home of the era,
房♥间大小调整了 有些干脆没有了
rooms have been resized, and others have disappeared.
厨房♥只剩下原来的1/3
The kitchen is now just a third of the size.
不是两个 而是一个卫生间
Instead of two bathrooms, there is now just one.
女孩们住一个房♥间
The girls will be sharing,
两个接待室没有了
and instead of two receptions,
他们只剩下一个舒服的起居室
the family are left with a single cosy sitting room.

It is getting there, isn't it?
这个房♥间看来实在不错
This room is looking really good.
原来是打开的餐厅和起居室
Originally it was a knock-through dining room, sitting room.

But we've boarded that back up and made it into just a sitting room on its own.
70s的房♥子在使用方式完全不同于
The 1970 house is a completely different house in terms of how it was used to the houses

we have now.

Much darker, much more claustrophobic.
部分由于供热方式
Partly, this is about heating.

If you have central heating, you can have through rooms.

You can have big, open spaces.

Now, this is the biggest change in the house.

Because of course Hamish had his whole entire life here,

it was just computers and games and everything.

All I have left him is this little radio.

We definitely don't have a microwave.

What about a freezer? That's just a fridge.
