Lynching became a tool used by both white citizenry as well as law enforcement,

Following the criminal trial,my father, Michael Figures and Morris Dees

The Michael Donald civil case was the first time that a jury had a chance to rule on the acts of a hate group organization

Shelton's chapters were responsible for really horrific violence.

In 1983,the Klan burned our building in Montgomery, Alabama.
